T. Rowe Price's New Account Sign Up

T. Rowe Price was redesigning their New Account Sign Up, or NASU, process. The drop out rate was tremendous, and success rate minimal. We reexamined what should be connected, what could be dropped, and what helped users understand which type of account they should open. The case study mentioned below is written by my co-designer Ruofei Yang. With his permission I am attaching it here, as it is a great overview of the project as a whole.

The Telecom Client had a project to assist First Responders in crisis situations, to allow them to communicate more efficiently. This is done through the building of cellphone towers exclusively used by First Responders, as well as apps that can assist them in their rescue attempts. My role was to create the Developer Portal, where developers could access a space to collaborate and building their apps for the First Responders.
